What is the difference between the SRT file and the video with subtitles?
An SRT (or VTT) file is a separate subtitle file that YouTube, video editors and players can load and turn on or off. The video with subtitles has the text drawn into the picture, which is what you want for Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp, where viewers watch without sound.
